Creating a new brand and driving impact through social media 

THE BRIEF

In Q3 of 2023, Rumpus began working with the Australian health supplement brand, Living Lean. The long-established Australian health and wellness brand were looking to rebrand and relaunch so required support and a new website.

  • Understand the target audience to tailor organic and paid social media specifically to them.
  • Create content with a fresh tone of voice on social media to reflect the new branding.

  • Further raise profile of founder.

OUR SOLUTION

For the organic social strategy, we established key content pillars. This not only promoted the product, but also created a community. We shared testimonials, recipe ideas to offer content that will be shared and saved to drive engagement and shared the story behind the brand to raise the profile of the founder, Ben Sammut. Shifting the content away from being solely focused on the product, the platforms began to offer more insightful and engaging content to increase the number of followers, engagement and reach of the page.

We tailored each paid social campaign to specific demographics. Researching where in Australia the target demographic is most common and identifying the times of day, they are most active on social media, our team was able to directly target ads to potential buyers of Living Lean products. We retargeted website visitors by focusing on their key interests. This increased traffic to the new website and increased revenue from sales.

With their finger on the pulse, our team were able to overcome the challenge of a time difference between Australia and the UK. When scheduling content, our team were able to adapt and flip upside down to step into Australian shoes!

By gaining a deep understanding of the tone of voice and brand guidelines for Living Lean, we produced a website that perfectly expressed the brand’s values and mission. We helped Living Lean to enhance a more contemporary look aligned with its new branding.
