Dental implant specialist 21D briefed Rumpus with increasing its brand awareness and web traffic.
A healthcare and technology business specialising in guided full-mouth dental rehabilitation, 21D has created a full jaw implant rehabilitation solution using a fully computer-guided implant delivery system. 21D already had an engaged customer base on Facebook and was looking to increase this to a wider audience.
The company employed Rumpus to raise awareness in their key demographic via traditional and digital methods.

OUR SOLUTION
In addition to managing 21D’s organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, we proposed an integrated campaign across social media and press ‘Pledge a Smile’.
We really got our teeth stuck into this project – we carried out a digital survey, gaining insight into the daily struggles faced by people living with failing teeth. We also incorporated 21D’s existing engaged customer base, by filming two client case studies.
These case studies and the data achieved in the survey were incorporated into organic social media and we took a decent bite out of the national media with chunks secured in Metro and The Mirror, among others.
Building on the insights from the survey and case studies – that the dental implants had the potential to be life-changing – we launched a ‘pledge a smile’ competition. This competition allowed people to nominate themselves, or a loved one, to ‘win a new smile’ worth £19,000. We supported this competition with a paid campaign across Facebook and Instagram delivering jaw dropping leads to their website.
